We want to get on the same page in terms of which research goals you want to reach. If you have publications you are basing your work on, we recommend you send it in advance. This will help us getting the background while defining your experimental goals.
Root-cause analysis:
It’s not just about the data you have, it’s often the data you don’t have or the tools/protocols/insights that you are missing that are blocking you. At this stage we want to get clarity on your setup and where are you stuck.
Scenario Building:
For every issue there is a series possible answers and solutions. Before you make any decision, we will help you build viable scenarios for your research, including costs, timing and effort estimates. From now on, it’s implementation time!

Every research project is different, and pricing is influenced by factors such as the type of sample requested, the rarity and the logistical effort required to find/source/isolate the material, the involvement of ethical committees, the costs and personnel involvement for laboratory preparation, the cost of characterization, the logistic conditions and more. Consequently, we prepare custom offers for each project trying to find the best balance between quality and cost effectiveness for our clients and we strive to be transparent in making clear which factors are influencing the final price.

Lead time depends most and foremost from the incidence of the different diseases in the centers we collaborate with. Secondary considerations are of logistic nature, including the time to transport and process the sample. Quality controls add to the lead time, sterility testing being the ones requiring the most time (2-3 weeks).
Yes, all samples are consented. Exceptions may include remnant samples, for which no ICF is required according the German legislation.
Lead time is dependent from the type of product and from warehouse levels. For time-critical orders, please contact us in advance.
Payment terms are upfront payment for first orders and 30 days for following orders.
